The company is engaged in the construction and operation of a biodiesel plant in Spain. The property, which is located in Polígono Industrial de el Egído in Valdetorres (Badajoz), has the capacity to produce more than 320,000 tons of biodiesel per year. The plant utilizes vegetable oils, soybeans, sunflower seeds, girasol and rapeseed for biodiesel production. The company was founded in the year 2003 and it conducts business from its registered head office which is strategically located in Valdetorres, Spain.
